Refund policy
Due to the nature of some Products, all returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered. Used or opened products cannot be returned as it is illegal to send any goods that have potentially been contaminated with human contact after being opened.
When contacting us, please provide a clear explanation of why you wish to have a replacement or refund, this must happen within 3 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return unwanted products contact us for a product return instructions, used or opened products cannot be returned. You have 3 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us for product return.
All customers are responsible for their own cost of returning the shipment of unwanted products. In addition, a flat handling fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you receive an incorrect or defective package, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. You have 3 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.
We will only issue a refund to the original purchaser of the product and no returns on sale items will be issued.
